Today, I’m sharing with you a super simple breakfast recipe, that only takes 2 minutes to make, tastes delicious, is packed with nutrients and has no sugar in it! Therefore, it’s the perfect breakfast to get long-term energy until lunchtime, and that’s exactly what we want!
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 3/4 of a cup of sugar-free plant based milk of choice
- 1 small teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of vanilla
Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl or glass
- Mix it really well
- Put in the fridge to set during at least 10 to 15 minutes (you could leave it there overnight)
